Arteme Nails sells press-on nails for personal use. Product images and descriptions are provided for reference only. Minor variations in color, finish, or design may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or production batches and shall not be considered defects.

Pricing & Payments

All prices listed are in INR and inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as mentioned on the product page. Arteme Nails reserves the right to revise prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 12 PM (IST) are eligible for same-day shipping within Bangalore. Orders placed after 12 PM are dispatched on the next working day. Dispatch timelines may vary due to operational or logistical constraints.

Shipping

We offer same-day shipping within Bangalore and delivery across India within approximately 7 business days, subject to courier partner timelines and location. Delivery timelines are indicative and may be affected by factors beyond our reasonable control, including weather conditions or regional restrictions.

Cancellations

Customers may request order cancellation only before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation or modification is not possible.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

In accordance with hygiene and safety standards applicable to beauty and personal care products, Arteme Nails accepts returns or replacements only in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered

• Product received in a damaged or broken condition

To raise a valid request, customers must provide a clear, unedited video recording of the package being opened, showing the outer packaging, inner contents, and the issue clearly. This is required solely to verify claims and ensure fair resolution.

Upon verification and approval, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original mode of payment. Bank processing timelines may vary.

Quality Disclaimer

Arteme Nails provides a limited quality assurance covering manufacturing defects and transit damage only. Product performance such as wear duration or adhesion varies based on individual application, nail condition, and external factors. Issues arising from usage, wear and tear, or improper handling are not covered under return or replacement.

Customers are advised to review product descriptions, usage information, and order details carefully before placing an order. Arteme Nails shall not be responsible for issues arising due to incorrect selections made by the customer.
