Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 12 PM are usually shipped the same working day (within Bangalore). Orders placed after that are dispatched the next working day. Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier partner, or external factors beyond our control.

Shipping

We offer same-day shipping within Bangalore and delivery across India within approximately 7 business days, subject to courier partner timelines and location. Delivery timelines are indicative and may be affected by factors beyond our reasonable control, including weather conditions or regional restrictions.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations or modifications are not possible.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Arteme Nails accepts returns or replacements only in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered

• Product received in a damaged or broken condition

To raise a valid request, customers must provide a clear, unedited video recording of the package being opened, showing the outer packaging, inner contents, and the issue clearly. This is required solely to verify claims and ensure fair resolution.

Upon verification and approval, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original mode of payment. Bank processing timelines may vary.
