SHIPPING POLICY
Place your order before 12 PM and we’ll ship it out the same day, because waiting is annoying and good nails shouldn’t take forever to arrive. Orders placed after 12 PM are shipped the next working day. During sales, launches, or high-volume days, shipping timelines may vary slightly, but we’ll always keep you informed along the way.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We offer 7-day returns from the date of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. For damaged, missing, or incorrect items, a clear unboxing video helps us review the issue fairly and assist you faster. It’s always a good idea to record the unboxing — just to keep things easy and avoid any confusion on both sides. Once a return or replacement is approved, items go through a quality check and refunds are initiated within 3–5 working days.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are only possible before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will follow the returns process instead.
