Returns and refunds are strictly applicable only if a wrong product or a damaged/broken product is received. To process any return, refund, or replacement request, customers are required to provide a clear, unedited video recording of opening the package from start to finish, showing the outer packaging, inner contents, and the issue clearly. This video serves as mandatory proof to verify the claim. Requests submitted without an unboxing video, or with edited/incomplete footage, will not be eligible for return, refund, or replacement. This policy is in place to ensure fair resolution and protect against misuse while maintaining quality service for all customers.

 

Order cancellations are allowed only before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations, refunds, or modifications are not permitted. If a cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original mode of payment, subject to bank processing timelines.
